Hi ya all!

Well it has been couple of years since I last wrote here, I have been a "little bit" busy.
Anyhow I changed one of my off-road cars to -02 GSX-r 1000 and look what happened..
It was ment to keep as it was, but after 2 weeks...
I had system I bought for FJ and I tought to put the system into Gixa until I have time to build the FJ.
So here is a couple of pics to show what I´ve done so far..

Bit large pics.. Sorry..

I´m planning to install venoms thrue rubber in airbox and support them with piece of metal from bottom of airbox.
I'm also buildin some support for discharge pipes. Reason, why I used copper pipes instead of nylon betveen first and second Y`s is to get better support for them.

Things I had in mind, while planning pipes, where even lenght and smood routes.

Edit: I corrected names of the parts..

Y´s are not tighten yet, I´m going to aim them to center of the intake and at first about 3/4 inches from the mouth of the intake.

Looking pretty good but there's a couple of issues;

1) The feed pipes from the primary Y's to the secondary Y's could do with being an inch or so longer, because as they are now the 2 outer cylinders are very likely to get more nitrous than the middle 2.
2) Also make sure that the feed to the primary Y is DEAD STRAIGHT for at least 3 inches as well when you come to fit that.

i be interseted in how this gose and what bhp you run , i look at all the americans set ups and they all run low bhp and spray bars , the Y look oki but if was me would fit the new ones from WON http://www.noswizard.com/product_desc.php?id=49 , if not would add a bit of thread lock to each connection into Y

should have built FJ same engin as mine and they seam to like Nos and it sooooooooo much fun to go fast on a bike that not a pocket rocket , theres something about playing hard on road with the gixers and R1s on a bike thats so not a sports bike all that aside M8 had a gixer 1000 and he says best bike he ever had handles like its on rails

I think I still have some copperpipe left, so I can try to make pipes between Y´s bit longer from upper side and make discharge tubes bit shorter.

I will build FJ, but problem was that the cylinderhead was on a workshop for a 5 years and all the owner could give me was empty promises...
I didn´t have horry with the case, since I had lot of other staff to handle ( Graduated as barchelor, bought an old house and did some renovation, had my 2nd and 3rd child, build 2 off-road cars and 1 tuning car, among lots of other smaller projects..) , but now I tought 5 years is enough :tard:

Now I have 2 off-road cars under work, and I have to find some time and money to build FJ.

Now straight part of the pipe before secondary y´s is about 12 cm and pulsoid is straight under primary y.

I´m going to aim nitrous spray to the center of the intake.

Finding a t-piece between 3rd and 4th injector wan a story of its own. I bought 1000 gsxr injection for my FJ about 6 years ago.back then I used copperpipes and hvac-parts for fuel line and original fuel line was stored among other junk in my father-in-laws garage.so I drive 100 km to see if it´s still there and found it..

After T-piece there is won t-piece and other end is going to fuel pressuregauge.

you know...short stacks would give you more power on motor...and you could of just built a bar to hold the venoms

Just a few points;

1) In general looking good
2) I'd check the fuel distribution is correct (if you haven't already), as the pipe work/location of Venom's 'MIGHT' result in uneven delivery.
3) I'd replace the piece of copper pipe between the nitrous Pulsoid and the first Y with a piece of stainless tube (as we had a copper pipe fracture in that loaction on a previous bike/set up), which we can supply FOC if you send me your details.

I´m going to build a bar to hold venoms and secundary Y`s. By positioning y`s straight forward, I hope to gain even delivery. I did spend some time with thinkin fuel pipes, but there was allways something bothering, so this was the best I could do this time, but it is possible that I`ll do it one more time.

Trev , thanks and I will give you my details, but first I think I will finish my system and see if I need more measuring jets, so I could get them in same shipment.

I have been bit busy with kids and work, but if I would found time to make place for the bottle, system would be ready for testing.

About time.. How many of you have spend more than half a year building one system

Had finally time to check this.
Fuel side jet has stamp "100" and nitrous has "50".
Bottle is full and fuel pressure is about 3 bar
Bike seems to run rich.
I was wondering if the jets have been mixed up somehow..

Yes they are the wrong way round, the 100 should be in the nitrous and the 50 in the fuel. Better still you should switch to a 25 in the fuel and leave the 50 in the nitrous for initial testing.

You should also move the nitrous Discharge Tubes so the nitrous plume does NOT hit the back of the Venom fuel injectors.

Yes, tubes have been moved before and I did also some support for them. I have only these jets, so I think I´m going to try with these..

Jets are only £10 per pair (plus post & VAT) and you'd save that in gas during initial testing, so I'd still act on my advice if I were you.

OK... So I would need only the 25 jet. Is Janet still working for you. I can send my details to her email.
I was wondering what version my Max Extreme is? It has been bought 11/5/2011 and its "Man Extreme street"
Are these the correct instructions for me?

Almost certainly depending on whether you have a bottle heater.

Yes she is and yes you can do that.

When you arm the Max it shows a screen that has a version number on it, if you can send that to me trev@noswizard.com I can advise you on the appropriate instructions for it.
