Rather than delay the nitrous until 2nd gear, you might like to try this little trick first;
Extend the nitrous supply pipe by coiling up about a meter if it and connect it between the Pulsoid and the D-Block. This will delay AND SOFTEN the initial 'impact' of the nitrous activation and you can adjust the amount it does that, be trying different lengths.
If you want to go with the delay until 2nd gear, you could arrange that by positioning a change over switch to be activated by the gear change ram (or lever), in conjunction with whatever you are using now. The additional change over switch will prevent activation in 1st gear but allow it in all other gears.
One final option, if you know anyone who is a bit handy with electronics, we have a number of progressive units that have been damaged by customers, that anyone with a bit of electronics knowledge could probably fix for not a lot of money.
