thats the first thing i will do :-) (before drillinmg the 8mm whole into the tank cover) - i will take photos and description of everything i take with me during the next days and weeks - i remember the nitrous pulsoid position for the tubes at daves bike was close to straight into the curbs - i think i can leave the position of the fuel pulsoids but should i try to change the position of the nitrous pulsoids to have the outlet as straight as possible showing to the efi body? I have a lot of space to do that!

Straight isn't essential - what you might like to do is get some stiff rod (like brazing or welding rods) and do a couple of mock ups of the options, so I can check them out for you.
