NITROUS OXIDE ( nos / n2o ) advice forum

Hi all,
Ive managed to force out of a very good friend of mine his old WON kit, which he has had kicking about for three odd years. I was toying with turbo, but the cost of my one off titanium reverse system was killing me thinking of junking or cutting it, and i dont need the extra horsepower all the time, so noz seemed to be sensible.

Currently the bike has tm38 race flatslide carbs,
Yoshimura cams, std compression, and velocity stacks. My ign backplate was modified to give -5 to +5 ign advace/retard, which im going to bump back to about 4 degrees negative before i start.

The kit was originally fitted to an fj1200 drag bike, and now its mine! (que manic laughter!)

So im going to have the solenoids checked out, although they seem ok, id rather be safe.

Problem number one is, the bottle is a 2lb fat bottle, and the bike just doesnt have anywhere to put it.
So i need a small bottle if anyone has one to swap?

Problem 2
I have no idea what the injectors are, he BELIEVES theyre a 50hp kit, they have top gun on them. Anyone help?

What thread do i need to use to fit the nozzles into my manifolds? Im an engineer so im looking to make some spacer plates for the engine.


All help would be gratefully recieved.

Sorry to spoil the party but Top Gun is a US brand kit and a BAD one at that (actually they are ALL bad but Top Gun is one of the worst), so I'd throw that in the nearest garbage bin.
