Ron as I stated above the chassis is not a ground. It may work but can cause problems, I have wired many high end race cars and I link all grounds to studs but then have a wire that runs from stud to stud back to the battery.

I am not saying this is your problem but it will help everything in your car work proberly.

...and for the viewers at home...that translates to:

'AKA' the beefy electronics that drives the solenoids like there's no tommorrow

the way I've done my grounds is a welded 10mm stud at the rear next to the battery. then weld studs thoughout the car for pick ups.I try and run a cable straight to the battery

Ron thats good on your studs but now as I stated run a 10gauge wire from stud to stud untill you get to the battery.

Steel is a poor conductor and using the cars shell or chassis is only a cheap and convenient method of completing a circuit rather than the best.

I don't know how many times I've got to tell you guys, but my job is hard enough without you all throwing spanners in the works.

still can't get my head around the gears I will talk to ant on wednesday.I'm also trying to work out how to trigger my retard unit (not the driver this time)I used the puple wire from the maximiser before.but I'm getting there,we managed to empty a bottle testing it.

The following clip demonstrates the range of control that the Max Extreme offers over the Revo flow and shows how advantageous the combination will be over ALL existing nitrous control systems.

For this clip we set the Max to deliver 3 different flow rate ramps in 3 different gears. We added a break between each gear to define the change in gear but the Max can be set so the delivery continues to rise or drops to any level before rising again without any breaks, if required.

In these examples we set the 1st gear to start from zero and rise to 100% then switch off quickly, in the next gear it was set to rise to 100% immediately and then reduce flow slowly and in the 3rd gear it was set to rise from zero to 100 and back again evenly.

The Max offers much of the same control when used with Pulsoids but the Pulsoids can not operate at the extremes of the percentage range as the Revo units can, so instead of having a range of zero to 100%, the Pulsoids provide a range of 20% to 80% (or 10% to 90% on certain applications) before switching full on.
However it must be remembered that 20% pulsed power is NOT the same as 20% Revo power, therefore the actual control range with Pulsoids is less than the numbers indicate.
It should then also be remembered that when generic solenoids are pulsed, the range is MUCH LESS than when using Pulsoids at the same frequency, etc.

Even with Pulsoids the possibilities with a max Extreme (as the recycling advert says) are endless. 8)

Nice to see the revo valves operating, blatently light years better than solenoids!. Might even be tempted to put them on my kitten one day! :)
