As my customers have stated above, we have NUMEROUS customers who have set and/or currently hold world and/or European records for their specific classes.
The link to the thread relating to "why more racers don't use won" gives most of the reasons to answer your question but there are a few more points to make;
1) One of my top customers (who has been forced to stop racing for the past 18 months due to personal problems), previously ran in the most competitive class of Pro Mod in the USA. At a time when the record time was 4.05 ish secs. he ran a 4.14 sec run with a number of none nitrous problems that prevented him from getting the best from his car.
Anyone who claims that isn't a HUGE achievement, doesn't understand what's involved in managing such an achievement on a very tight budget.
2) Whilst you point out that you haven't seen any top racers using WON systems, you might also like to look for top cars using MOST other brands and consider the following FACTS;
a) ONLY 3 major companies have nitrous systems on Pro Mod cars, Speedtech, Fulton & NOS.
b) This means that NONE of the following companies have ANY Pro Mod cars using their kits never mind any TOP cars - Zex, Cold Fusion, TNT, Ny-Trex, DynoTune, etc. etc. not even the mighty NX
c) This means that the VAST MAJORITY of US nitrous companies can't even sell their products to that market sector ON THEIR OWN TURF.
d) ALL the companies in the US are MUCH LARGER than my company, with MUCH BIGGER budgets than mine has.
e) Whilst ALL those companies can't even get ONE Pro Mod car to run their products (even when they offer them FREE), I've SOLD systems to THREE Pro Mod cars.
f) With all the above in mind (along with the numerous reasons given for why more racers don't use my systems), in my opinion it's a hell of an achievement that ANY Pro Mod car based in the US is using one of my systems.
3) Now I mentioned THREE Pro Mod cars have bought my systems and one of them only fitted it towards the end of last year, managing to get just 3 test runs on a less than perfect track. However, the racer was SO IMPRESSED with the results that he's made a serious commitment to switch fully from his current 3 stage Speedtech kits to my single progressive system.
This thread deals with the Pro Mod racer mentioned above;
