Anyone who hasn't seen the latest improvements we've made to our web site, might find it a worthwhile effort to take a look now, as we've not only made substantial improvements to the presentation of the site but we've also introduced some discounts for specific products, as well as an overall 5% discount for ordering on line.

I'm also in the process of rewording all the text and enhancing the basic information that it previously contained in an effort to help potential customers choose what they need easier.

Any constructive comments both good and bad are welcome, so please feel free to get back to me.

I'm also about to launch a competition that everyone can enter and will be presenting details of that ASAP.

Hi Trev :)

Oops I meant to post that I read ALL the new site...

Excellent I thought , simple, colourful but plenty of content....

Only one small negative comment is ..still no Maxx installation or instruction manual..

Also on your returns policy...you only charge a 5% returns fee......we charge a 20% one to discourage "buy and try" as it were....your business decision of course....:)

But GREAT new site :) :) :)

All the best Brett :)

Thanks for that Brett and pleased to hear it.

Not for much longer all being well. ;)

That's something I've never given any thought, because we've NEVER had anyone want to return anything.

But GREAT new site :) :) :)
That makes it worth all the effort.

Hi Trev :)

By the way, I am not sure if I saw it on the site or if you mentioned it in another post but...

Those lovely MaxFlow valves, with new threads...will they now fit my 15 lb bottles ?

If so I will have 2 for when I next fill my bottles...and also those adaptors for my balance pipe...

All the best Brett :)

I'll have to check on that one.

I'll get that done along with the valve update parts ASAP

Anybody who thought differently got that wrong.

Good news, thanks to advice from Adam (PEI330Ci) we should have the latest Max instructions on the web site today and although they need further additions, I hope to add those in the near future.

If anyone spots a missing feature and thinks they can type out some guidance on how to carry out the function, please do so and send it to me by email wizard@noswizard.com and any we use we'll pay for by way of appropriate credit.

Hi :)

Just read the Maxx instructions from the new main site, VERY well set out :)

I didn't know there was a "secret" Revo setting lol...

Hopefully I will be using that last page of instructions in the future :)

The only slight alteration I would have made would have been to use the full width of the page (when printed) for the screen settings shots and maybe with a blue background with white writing instead of the black/white...

But all in all it was excellent work and well set out.....

All the best Brett :)

Glad they meet with your approval. :)

Just as new TV are HD ready, our Max units are REVO Ready.

Yes I hope so to.

I'll check that out as I haven't actually looked at the pages since they were put on the site.

But all in all it was excellent work and well set out.....
Excellent.

Gradually getting there. 8)

One or two additional products on the site now and an improved format.

Expect to see more in the near future, that's if I can get Ant moving quicker. :beatstick:
