Via a third party I just discovered that Andy Forrest ran an AMAZING 8.87@164mph at Scooby shootout last year at Elvington making it the fastest manual Impreza on the planet!

I just wonder how many other outstanding results have been achieved with WON systems that we haven't been informed of.

That was with a terribly show 1st to 2nd shift, so he may be even quicker by now or if he isn't he should be.

I love to see these vids, but I just wish people would run the cameras just a bit longer so any visual trap speeds are captured and the whole commentry. This was stopped just as the guy was announcing the terminal speed GRRRRRRRRRR

Agree too. I like to see the zoom to the timing gantry at the end which unfortunately doesn't happen so much. Seeing a car/bike get off the line quick and fly up the strip is nice but without a time or speed it's pretty much useless.
