Hey Guys,
Take a look at our new nitrous demo system, intended for dyno purposes, but could be made to be used on the road / track if required.

I like that idea.
How far can you go with it? What are the limitations using propane compared to Pumpgas?

The limitations are much higher, because propane has a higher octane than pump gas. :)

It seems we have a problem so this will have to do until Ant can fix it;

The Demo system offers a number of options;

1) We can rent it out to either end user customers or companies running a dyno day event for limited periods of time, so they can increase the dyno results for pose value in the first instance or demo purposes in the 2nd

2) Some agents have already placed orders to purchase these units, so they can do the above.

3) Although less than ideal, these units can be strapped to the passenger seat and the pipes run to the intake system etc. for use at track days and events like TOTB etc.

4) Final option is for our agents and/or ourselves to use it as above for brief demo runs on authorised test strips ;) ;) to give potential customers a feel for what the system would be like on their own car before they buy.

The most common response we get from anyone who has a test drive in anyone elses car is "that's great but how do I know it will be that good on my car", so this will address that situation. :yes:

And YES I believe you're entirely right, that it will lead to more regular system sales, which is EXACTLY why I created it, despite the rest of my team failing to appreciate that point and being against the idea.

The good thing is that I always know when I'm on a GREAT idea, because my team disagree, just as they did about the REVO and look how AMAZING that is turning out to be. :twisted: :twisted:

Absolut.
But i would also buy a Demo-Kit. I have alot of moments when someone shows up with his car and i tell them i have some N2O left. "Lets put it on for some fun!"

But i have to cut the fuelline and wire it up.
This way you plug it in and are done.
No different jets for different Fuelpressure.

I realy like it as an enduser.

Like the idea Trev. What about the Propane refils though?

Just as easy as nitrous but it stinks and you've got to avoid naked flames.

Yup and I'm about to set off to do a demo at a dyno shoot out in Chesterfield at Harley World.

Exactly! Funny how the average guy would expect nitrous to be more dangerous than propane to use/work with.

On the request of Harley World Chesterfield, I attended their dyno day and showed them what the Demo kit could do.

Within 5 mins (max) we had the system fitted to a Harley that was truning out just short of 80 BHP (78 I think was the actual number) and with the system fitted with 40 BHP jets on the first run the bike made 118 BHP (it doesn't get any closer than that) and on the 2nd attempt, which I decided to record, it produces 112 but the operator reported a degree of clutch slip, which considering it was having to handle a 50% power increase was not surprising.

If you listen carefully you can hear the exhaust note increase as I press the red activating button and I purposely operated and released it a couple of times, so the changes in power and exhaust note could be clearly appreciated.
