i have worked with denny since june of 2004 on my 99 viper. he has gone above an dbeyond the cal of duty to deliver CS and quality. he stands behind his stuff. despite my bitching and whinning.

december 2004 after proper tuning with joe donovan (PBJ) in st louis and denny working with him, we ran a 9.91 at 138mph and the nitrous system wasnt even set at full power.

this season, with dennys help and a killer tune we will be running low nines.

this viper is still a daily driver, full streetdress and weight, from AC to custon stereo and dvd. a nine second true streetcar.

thnx denny

Many thanks for that post Mojo and it will certainly give Denny a high to know his efforts have been appreciated. We're both keen to see you do well and once you're confident of your engine tune we'll do what it takes to help you achieve the BEST from your car.

Thanks again for your post.

Regards

Holy crap! A 9-sec daily driver.

Makes my goal of a 10-sec daily driver now seems not all that impressive... (Except I'll be able to fit 5 people in mine)

Awesome!

No surprise to Trev or some others as they have increased the power % greatly on many motors but this is all on a stock bottom end also with factory displacement compared to the competition Rich runs again.

The record in this class is a 9.45 with multiple stages of nitrous, dual power adders, and/or stroked motors. We hope to break the record on the stock bottom end and with one progressive stage of nitrous only. We'll see what happens.

old post but i figured id update as per request.

denny from racetested and PBJ did further work and tuning after the 9.91 run i had in bradenton 12-04. it dynoed 725rwhp/1025rwtq back then.

most recent dyno and run produced the following;

2006
875rwhp/1250rwtq ran 9.42 unofficially since it was not at viper event.

thnx racetested and PBJ.

one thing i want to point out is the AMAZING torque that we were able to get out of the racetested setup. the car is 530-540rwhp/550rwtq on motor. on nitrous it was 875rwhp/1250rwtq. that is a gain of 700RWTQ from this nitrous set-up!!!

i do not think any other nitrous set up can produce such massive TQ increase.

Those are truly AMAZING figures and as you say especially the torque increase.

Although that's an unofficial time (due to not being at a Viper event), I assume that must be the quickest Viper time ever for your specification of car/engine/nitrous.

Will you be running the car again soon?

Well done and keep up the great work.

Unfortunately I don't hear from as many of my American customers as I'd like, so I can't say what the situation is with this guy but one of my systems has just changed hands from one Viper owner to another and I'm assisting him at present, although it's no where near as powerful as the 1 above.

If I remember correctly it was a twin stage system and each stage fed 2 Crossfire injectors. Also if my memory serves me right, there are pictures of it throughout my book.

I can see why that would be your dream car and I wouldn't mind owning one myself. ;)

So that wasn't even your Pro-series system right..
Two crossfire inj. per bank was it right.
Very impressive Trev.

That's right, that system was supplied before I designed my Pro Series system concept.

A V10 doesn't lend itself to a Pro Series system very well anyway (it's need to have 5prs of Pulsoids and each pair would have to feed one cylinder on each bank) and the only engine layout that's even less suited to DP of any kind is a straight 5 cyl. engine. :(
