I'm now starting to fine tune the engine. I took the car out yesterday and tried the new ign timing setup on the low comp engine.

Brief summary.
Nitrous 175hp set to 25% start with 2 second build (previous settings were 60% start and 0.7 second build)
Boost fixed at 11psi on the blower.
Ignition timing advanced by 8 degree's to 27 degrre's all in. (final setting sohuld be 32-36 all in)
Headwind on track was awsome. It was strong enough to blow over the oil drums in the pits which we use as rubbish bins.

Only got one run and the gas ran out half way on the run, so i shut it off while keeping my foot in. And still ran a 10.4 pass with a 60 foot of 1.50 seconds. My last PB run was 1.39 seconds in the 60 foot.

Its nowhere near the mid 9's I have been running but I am very pleased with the result because it shows me that next season on track is going to be fantastic :)

Sounds good if the gas ran out and you still managed a 10.4!

We'll definitely need to all meet up at the Pod next year me think and finally put names to faces etc.

A Won Meet needs to be on the cards!

We did have a WoN meet up a few years back at the Pod. I think it was maybe 2009???
It was a good day out :)

I think you should start pushing for another WoN day out at the Pod mate!! I'll be there :)
