 Post subject: water injection

WON have for sale a fuel nossel ......if I were to use it for water injection how fine a spray does it produce Im looking for a fog, droplets down to 1 micron at a high pressure of over 160psig does anyone have some experence using it for water injection?

Get an aquamist nozzle one of the most consistent mists and the least droplets when it's deactivated and keep the solenoid as close to the nozzle as possable to reduce the volume of water in the pipe

I don't think the won nozzles atomise they rely on the nitrous atomising and distributing the fuel

They may do a proper water atomising nozzle if you ring them

Our latest ATOMISING fuel nozzles do a good job of atomising at 10 psi and a GREAT job at 40 psi, so I'm CERTAIN they'll do an OUTSTANDING job at 160 psi.

We don't have any measured droplet sizes but we have compared them to the ERL nozzle and ours 'looks' finer at the same pressures. Ours also use the same SECURE pipe retaining method as we use in our nitrous systems (unlike the PUSH ON ERL connection), so there's NO risk of the pipes blowing off.
