I thought I would show my direct port Won install in this section as this car is pretty rare to be seen with a nitrous kit. I`m very happy with it. Am currently on a 75 bhp shot and the car really moves now.

Might take it up to a 100 bhp shot later in the year at the streetlegal drags if everything stays together. Hope my streettyres will hold up

Sounds like all is going well. 8)

Did you get the email from Ant about checking the gauge?

Yes, I removed the gauge, adapter and SPRV. no spill from sealant to be seen anywhere. So the blockage must be inside the gauge apparently.
We agreed to have the gauge exchanged. I sent off the gauge last Thursday.

Ant told me that he thought the cause could be sorted at your end to save you returning it, didn't you get an email from Ant saying that and what to do to check/fix it?

He suspected that now the gauges have such a small feed hole (to damp the pulses), that it could easily just be that being blocked that was the cause of your problem and he told me he was going to inform you to try and clear the hole with a small drill. However, as you've already returned the gauge I'll get a replacement sent out to you tomorrow (without waiting for that to return), so you can get the system in use again ASAP and then I'll report the cause of the problem when your original is tested.

All the best

Won sells a special adapter that does away with the fittings and make for a much neater and more compact setup if you use a gauge and pressure switch.

Yes - unfortunately we've not been able to sell it for DIY installation (till now), as it needs selective assembly to get the side port in the right location but I think I've sorted that issue now, so in near future we should be able to offer them rather than the T's etc.
We're also working on alternative arrangements with the intention of neater, easier and safer connection of multiple add ons to the bottle valve, which should become available before the end of the year.

The engine is internally stock but has the usual bolt ons:
-AAS catless race manifold
-One of my custom intake manifolds with modified MAF
-Intake manifold heat shield gasket
-Throttle body spacer diy style, made out of wood
-Throttle body coolant blockoff
-IAAF system removed
-Reinforced torque rods
-Short shifter diy style
-Stage 1 Exedy clutch
-Exhaust cutout

Still on the stock catback and ecu, but that will be changed at a later date.

Next year my car will be out of warranty and I think that will be a good moment to purchase an aftermarket management system to optimize the engine.
Hondata has a programmable flashpro piggyback which hopefully will have a nitrous control feature by then. That will allow me to integrate engine and nitrous control for maximum efficiency.

Would be good moment also to upgrade my current nitrous setup. I`m well chuffed with it, but WON recently launched some sexy new parts which look the business.
I fancy something like a double pulsoid setup on my intake manifold, capable of a theoretical 200 bhp shot, just for the heck of it.
I need to consult Trevor on these matters when the time is right, see what he thinks of that.

That's fine and we can supply the parts to upgrade your system on a part exchange basis if you like. ;)
