Due to how heavy the base is it doesn't tip even when someone is sat on it

I've just started rewiring the kit for the wheelchair but I keep blowing a fuse. Below is how things are wired to the relay, does that sound correct? The wireless switch I'm uses piggy backs it's power from the relay. 

87 = Solenoid +
86 = Wireless switch 
85 = Wireless switch
87a = Solenoid Ground & wireless switch ground
30 = + battery & wireless switch +

87a should not be the solenoid ground nor wireless switch ground, it should be grounded to the chassis or negative terminal.
