 Post subject: Spark plug type

So, which would be the better plug type to use with N2O ?

A) Projected tip with ground strap cut back or,

B) Retracted tip ,

C) Retracted tip with ground strap cut back.

C is ultimately the best (for racing) but if you can get away with B then that's better for a daily drive

Thanks,thought so ,been using type ;B; for afew years now, but i have got my plug changing down to a reasonable time now so i will try type ;C; at the track this year.

i like brisk plugs. but i have heard good and bad about using surface discharge plugs with nitrous. im thinking ill switch over to an electrode type.

I'm using B9ECS in the MG and the Escort now. But I do have a set of Champion C55's for when we go extreme on boost and nitrous for testing.
