Post subject:  Porsche 996 Twin Turbo?

Do you think I could add a REVO/MAX system to a 4WD Porsche 996 Twin Turbo?

It currently runs at around 560hp with 1.1bar of boost having had some larger turbochargers fitted, making me think that it could respond well to nitrous. Everything else is stock.

I was initially concerned about my lack of ability to retard ignition timing, however I have read Trevor saying that Turbocharged engines do not require ignition retard for nitrous applications, since the timings are already significantly pulled back compared to a Naturally Aspirated application? (And may, in fact, be advanced under nitrous if possible to do so due to its cooling effect). My number one concern is for the safety of my engine components.

If it's possible to create a setup using the technology available which can generate significant gains with an insignificant risk to my engine then I'm interested? The engine is a 3.6 litre flat 6, and I have tried to include some pictures of the intake manifold. The manifold is black plastic and split into 2, serving 3 cylinders each.
