Hi all gas virgin here. I read on one of the threads on this forum about piston design (Trev mentioned it) Does the book available on the won website go into this too? I am running a zx12r which needs a little extra as we all do at a certain age!

Welcome to the forum! The book does mention small tidbits about needing forged pistons but doesn't got too far into its design requirements. In a nutshell, a forged piston with a flat top, thick crown, and is fully radiused makes a good nitrous piston. And the lower the compression, the more nitrous it will handle before reaching the detonation limit.
