"Piss up brewery organise cannot"
The 4th Sept was RWYB, 5th was Peak Performance / Test n Tune.
In parallel there was a VW event, which Santa Pod say they had nothing to do with. Rather strange statement.
On both saturday and sunday I was told at the gate I could NOT use my rain offs (pair), as it was a VW event, So I paid for both days. On Saturday the gate was charging two different prices £10 & £15 ( I got charged £15) even tho I said I was for RWYB only.
Now I'm really pissed. I just complained to the Santa Pod office about the chaos, only to be told my rain off WAS valid.
A complaint has been submitted.
My future advise, check in advance with the office so you know your facts rather than the muppets on the gate.
