Hi Dave

Do you have any pics of how your supercharger mounts? I havnt been able to find much about how the air flows through the supercharger into the engine on these.

Reason I need it is I have been handed an E45 and told to fit it 'to that engine there'

thats the only pic i have.

but there is one large bolt at the back and 2 at the front......they bolt to the block.

think you will have to machine a bracket to bolt it to the engine.

the inlet is at the bottom and there is a pastic pipe that comes fromt the throttle body which is mounted on the right of the engine.

have a look here thay might help.

also jonspeed do a conversion for the classic mini so might be able to get a few ideas from them how to mount it.

cheers dave

Thanks Dave  That pic is exactly what I needed.

It shows the air out of the charger so gives me much needed info.

Very much appreciated!

Looks like I AM heading in the correct direction.

Now where did I put the aluminium wire for the welder............ :D

well....been today to have my system checked over by dave....and all ok.

part from 25hp jets on my car.....Dave was expecting more....so the jets got upped to 50hp....and now you can feel the nitrous kick in.

was a bit scared at first after seeing to many films with nitrous and expecting a bigger kick up the arse, but this system is so smooth....going to see how i get on with the 50hp and then i can see me getting a 11lb bottle because the rush is so much fun.

Thanks for a excellent service  and will be seeing you soon.

cheers Dave

Do you mean you want to know which wire of the VEHICLES TPS you need to connect the white wire from OUR TPS unit to?

If so, you have to use a Voltmeter to determine which wire has a 0 to 5 Volt variable output signal as you depress the throttle peddlal and that's the one you need.

Thanks Trev,
We came down yesterday and Dave talked us through the final connections of the wiring process.
This morning we have finished it off and done a test drive together with the full wiring installation of the 2nd track car.
After a quick test drive down an unadopted road(as they are not road legal) OMG OMG OMG. I have a grin as wide as the Mississippi.
Wheel spin in 2nd and 3rd. Cant wait for next saturday and Mallory Park.

Please say a Massive thanks to dave for his help yesterday.

Watch this space.
