I also have won race max controller ;)

My car also has Evosport pulley kit, Rpi scoop, Exhaust, 4.1 diff and the best of it my car weighs 1250 kg

I also wanted to tell my car is faster than e92 m3 with just these mods. Without nitrous..

I will decrease the weight to 1190 kg in 3-4 months :bounce:

There will be a new line setup for shorter lines..

Before anyone asks about relation of nitrous with time attack;

I will be able to make suspension settings all day with a completely stock car without any heating or any issues and i will use nitrous after i come to a certain consistent lap times. Thanks to build up time function i wont have traction issues ;)

Thanks to WON for a awsome product...

Hi Trev,

What are this "spacers" on the Fuel line on the Crossfire?

Nice Car btw.
Did you run it on the 1/4 mile with nitrous?

Those lines to the crossfires look quite long. And why are you jetting fuel at the crossfires and not the pulsoids??
You suffering fuel lag? They look like spider jet holders in the crossfires. Are they?? Its something I've been thinking of doing for my DP setup next year. I suppose if you jet at the nozzle then once the fuel system has been purged the lag will be much less so you wont have to worry about so much n2 delay on the controller.

Spanking nice car and setup though Dude

Nice car and set up. What jets (shot) will you be running?

Basar mentioned in his post that he's going to reduce them Perry but they'll always be longer than desirable because it's unavoidable on an in-line 6 which is why we developed the Pro Series system especially for them, as that's the ONLY way to have an optimum fit.

And why are you jetting fuel at the crossfires and not the pulsoids??
That's another in-line 6 cylinder problem, because the pipes are so long its almost impossible to have them all LAY the same, so some will be higher than others which screws up distribution. Having the jets at the injectors solves that but in Basar's case it's causing a kink in the pipe on No1 so a compromise that I've suggested is to fit them at the D-Block outlets.
All this is undesirable but also unavoidable on such an engine config. but the Pro Series alternative that solves ALL such issues is much more expensive, so most people accept the compromise. BTW US kits for such engines are a MILLION times worse and yet they don't realise it and don't give a damn, so its no wonder so many 6 cylinder engines using US kits have BAD experiences.

You suffering fuel lag? They look like spider jet holders in the crossfires. Are they??
They're what we call 'in-line' jet holders which we use when single jets at the Pulsoids are less than ideal.

Its something I've been thinking of doing for my DP setup next year. I suppose if you jet at the nozzle then once the fuel system has been purged the lag will be much less so you wont have to worry about so much n2 delay on the controller.
That is one advantage and the main benefit of a single metering jet applies to the nitrous and not the fuel (as the metering jet location for the fuel has no 'overall' bearing on the system performance), so it's not a detriment as it would be on the nitrous side.

thanks it was Trevs idea :D i will still use the nitrous delay function for further safety. Reliability is the most important factor. I dont want to show of going fast i want show of with reliability that is why i choose WON :alien:

i will improve the system after tests. I will also buy knock sensor and use high octane fuel and water meth injection for more safety... Also fuel pump will be modified after 150 bhp..

Hi everyone, it has been a while obut the system is now complete.

The lines are shortest as possible. I will use high octane fuel for more than 100 hp, i will retard the ignition over 100 hp. I will delay nitrous due to long lines is there any time recommendations? :colors: :D

Nice sounding exhaust, now lets see how it goes when the nitrous is fed in to the engine.

it become absolutely an animal :brilsmurf:

And most of all my car is still stock unless i open my max extreme....

When i need the power its right there.....

What frequency do you recommend Trev ? should i still continue with 25 hz ?

Also any recommendation on nitrous delay ? How long should i do?

Last but not least; is there any bad effect of low nitrous bottle pressure other then loss of potential power ?

Thanks :bigsmurf:

VERY PLEASED to hear it.

I seem to remember (and going by the fact you have a Zex bottle), that you used a US made kit before upgrading to a WON system, so how do they compare in your opinion?

Follow these instructions for optimum performance;
http://www.noswizard.com/hpsnw_admin/pd ... ATION2.pdf

Start with a long delay and then carry out a static test. If the engine doesn't pick up instantly and smoothly, reduce the delay until it gives the most instant and consistent response.

Last but not least; is there any bad effect of low nitrous bottle pressure other then loss of potential power ?
It will result in 'bore wash' (fuel washing oil off the cylinder bore), so it is to be avoided. If you have a Max RACE unit, you can use the AFR feature to prevent the system running too rich.

Thank you very much......

WON has far better quality parts and it would be impossible to compare to my previous ZEX system they are in different league....

I am very pleased with what i have hope to use it for a long time....

And do you think 600 psi is a low bottle pressure, also if my car is not running rich would there be still possible have 'bore wash' .... I have a Air fuel gauge i watch all the time...

Thanks :D

Very pleased to hear you feel that way about the quality and I'm sure the performance is much better as well but it would be better for anyone reading this thread to hear your comparrison between the 2 results you've had?

I am very pleased with what i have hope to use it for a long time....
We've yet to have a system wear out and we expect them to last longer than a customer will live, so you'll get MANY YEARS of use from it.

And do you think 600 psi is a low bottle pressure,
Yes that is low but it will get higher as the weather warms up - you'd be better to fit a bottle heater if you intend to use the system before the pressure increases. If you are so happy with the results at such low pressure, you're going to be AMAZED when it reaches the correct pressure of 950 ish.

also if my car is not running rich would there be still possible have 'bore wash' .... I have a Air fuel gauge i watch all the time...
There will NOT be any bore wash unless the system runs 'excessively' rich.

Thanks :D

Thanks ! The best part of the system is it's safety... That was the reason why i choose WON but its power compared to US systems are obvious .....

The best part of the nitrous is the car is stock unless you switch to WON mode

i will post new videos soon !!
