While other people/companies are ATTEMPTING TO COPY our products, that we are already making OBSOLETE or they are PLAYING at making existing components APPEAR to be better (when in fact there's NOTHING SUBSTANTIAL about them that's new or better), WE AT WON ARE MAKING GENUINE TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCES.

Not satisfied with having started a nitrous REVOlution (with the ONLY SUBSTANTIVE IMPROVEMENT in nitrous technology in over 50 YEARS), we're now working on a TRULY RADICAL advance, that we're calling the Semi Sealed Induction System - SSIS.

Having TOTAL confidence in the outcome, I've decided it's time to show EVERYONE ELSE how far behind they are, by starting to log and report the serious headway, that we're making with our 'ROUGH' PROTOTYPE.

Obviously we're not going to disclose ALL the details for a while yet but let me ASSURE YOU ALL, that this system is going to offer FAR MORE, than I've ever mentioned before (as I've come up with even more concepts that I intend to incorporate in it, than I had originally considered), so this is going to be one thread you should keep an eye on.

One final point of interest to get your brains working, this system dispenses with the original throttle bodies and it connects DIRECTLY to the head.

No but they might be on the final production unit.

They actually constitute the fuel injection rail, which will REPLACE the normal PULSED fuel injection arrangement, that will be fed by a single REVO which will control the ENTIRE fuel delivery for the motor ON & OFF nitrous - NOW THAT ALONE IS SERIOUSLY RADICAL!!!

FYI we have TWO TOP fuel injection companies wanting to use the REVO for this very purpose, so we thought we'd kill a few birds with one stone and incorporate that (along with the other technological advances I alluded to earlier), in with the SSIS R&D program.

Since you've mentioned 'baby' REVO's I probably should mention, that we are also working on a MICRO REVO design (as well as the 2,000 HP+ Top Dog REVO), plus we're going to be making some MICRO Pulsoids, all as part of our NEXT RADICAL TECHNOLOGICAL ADVANCE, our TIMED PULSE INJECTION SYSTEM (TPIS).

What was that about some guy in America inventing the only technological advance in nitrous technology for 30 years that's JUST A BIG ASS 'solenoid'.

Hi Bob,

We've made a LITTLE progress but we're waiting for our Busa customer (who this is being supplied to and tested on), to finish some work on his bike and then he's going to bring it to us to check the fit etc, before we finish it off.

Fortunately or unfortunately (depending on your perspective), we've been extremely busy with regular work, so we haven't made progress with this as quickly as we'd have liked BUT we will have it completed ASAP.

At last we've managed to make some further progress on the SSIS project.

As you can see we tend to make progress in quite big jumps, we go months with none and then in the space of a couple of days PHASE ONE of the project is complete.

Unfortunately we've only managed to get close as we're struggling for time and manpower but we'll be back at it ASAP.
